You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, by telephone or e-mail, in writing or orally). The customer is responsible for providing proof of timely receipt. The “Separate withdrawal form” at the end of this website can be used for the purpose of withdrawal. The provider’s details can also be taken from this form if the revocation is to be made by other means.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the service should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Further information
By confirming the General Terms and Conditions, which are sent separately, the customer expressly agrees that the provider may begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period.
If the service has already begun at the customer’s request before expiry of the withdrawal period, withdrawal is excluded.
At the same time, he/she confirms that he/she has taken note of the fact that his/her right of withdrawal expires once the service has been provided in full by the provider.
Furthermore, it is pointed out that the provider may use messenger services for contractual fulfillment and that it is possible that a user profile is created from the customer data and personal prices are offered on this basis.
