Before you continue with the booking of our service, we would like to draw your attention to our General Terms and Conditions (AGBs) and ask you to read them through.
Attention VPN / time zone: Please note that the calendar adapts to your time zone. If you are using a VPN, deactivate it or adjust it to your own country or time zone before you click on the “Go to booking” button! Otherwise the appointment will be booked at the wrong time.
Notes on call duration:
We would like to ask you to choose the duration of the conversation carefully. We cannot discuss complex topics in just 20 minutes. Therefore, “Package 20” should only be chosen if you are aware of your situation and only have questions about the LLP/LLC formation process. For everything else, we would like to take the time to focus on your individual situation. We recommend a 40- or 60-minute meeting for this purpose. This is the only way we can provide you with the best recommendations for your future situation.
*Voucher:
If you opt for a fee-based consultation and you form an LLC/LLP through us within the next 6 months, we will refund or charge you the price for the first consultation with the formation costs! We will create a voucher code for you, which you can enter in the “Voucher” field in the Digistore24 shopping cart (this is the platform on which we offer LLP/LLC formation).
Condition 1: Only the first call will be reimbursed!
Example 1: You had the first chargeable call with us which lasted 40 minutes and a few weeks later another 1-hour call, so we will refund you Package 40.
Example 2: If you have previously had a free 20-minute consultation with us and then decide a few days or weeks later to book a 1-hour paid consultation with us, we cannot reimburse you for the 1-hour consultation, as we have already advised you for 20 minutes (possibly even longer!) free of charge in advance.
Condition 2: Vouchers cannot be combined!
If you have already received a voucher for our service from a third party, you cannot combine this with the voucher, e.g. from our conversation! It is best to choose the voucher that gives you the biggest discount.
Condition 3: No reimbursement / voucher for missed appointments!
Missed free consultations may not be booked again and will be canceled immediately if they are booked again without consulting us. We expect a prior cancellation or a requested postponement with an understandable reason, as we also invest time, daily planning and effort in our consultations.
Missed Chargeable calls may be booked again. However, there is no reimbursement for the missed meeting. For the voucher (in the case of an LLC/LLP formation), however, only the meeting that actually took place can be offset. However, there is an exception here (see example 2 below).
Example 1: If you missed the first 60-minute call and then book a second, e.g. 40-minute call, only the call that actually took place – the second one – will be credited towards the voucher!
Example 2: If you missed the first free call and you then book a second chargeable call, e.g. a 60-minute call, we would actually offset the call that took place against the voucher. In this case, however, you made us wait for the free call because you did not cancel. We have therefore suffered a loss here and will not be offering a voucher. Not even for the second paid call!
